Edicts of the Thunder King artifact 20 times using Mogu Archaeology Fragments.
Gather Mogu Archaeology Fragments
Dig at Mogu archaeology sites in Pandaria to collect 60 Mogu Archaeology Fragments, which are required to restore one Edicts of the Thunder King artifact.
Use Keystones to Speed Progress
When restoring the artifact, apply up to two 
Mogu Statue Piece keystones, each providing a +40 fragment bonus, reducing the number of dig sites needed per restore.
Restore the Artifact 20 Times
After each restoration, the artifact resets and can be solved again; repeat this process 20 times to complete the achievement.
