Instruments of Cruelty is a 10-point archaeology achievement earned by restoring four specific Mogu artifacts: 
Manacles of Rebellion, 
Warlord's Branding Iron, 
Petrified Bone Whip, and 
Anatomical Dummy.
Restore All Four Mogu Artifacts
Use Archaeology to survey Mogu dig sites and collect fragments until you can restore all four required artifacts: Manacles of Rebellion, Warlord's Branding Iron, Petrified Bone Whip, and Anatomical Dummy. All four must be restored to complete the achievement.
