Ready for Raiding III
Complete the following Survival Ring challenges without taking any damage.
Ready for Raiding III requires you to complete the Survival Ring challenges — including Survival Ring: Flame and Survival Ring: Blades — without taking any damage from accepting to turning in each quest.
Complete Survival Ring: Flame
Accept the quest and avoid all damage until you turn it in. If you take any damage at any point between accepting and turning in the quest, abandon it and re-accept to try again.
Complete Survival Ring: Blades
Land on the eastern pillar closest to the quest giver using a flying mount — the Shado-Pan Trainers will never reach you there. Alternatively, stand at the very edge of the eastern statue and move back and forth to dodge the trainers, or use 
Berglrgl Perrgl Girggrlf just inside the ring so the trainers strike the egg instead of you.
Turn In Each Quest
You must physically turn in the quest to receive credit — credit is not awarded automatically at the end of the 90-second timer. Also avoid touching the bonfire near the quest giver when turning in the Blades quest, as it can deal damage and void your attempt.
