Over Their Heads

Pick up the daily quest Dark Skies from Xaril the Poisoned Mind. Only 3 of the required targets spawn per day per realm, rotating at the daily reset — you do not need to complete the quest, just keep it in your log so you can fly and check targets each day.

Use this macro to quickly find which targets are up: /tar Garalon /tar Blade L /tar Imperial V /tar Amber R /tar Dread A /tar Essence of D /tar Essence of H /tar Essence of T /tar Wind Lord M /tar Amber-Shaper U /tar Amber E /tar Amber V /tar Dread F /tar Essence of F /tar Essence of P — you only need to drop a bomb on each target, not kill them.

Find Garalon at 41, 39 in the Dread Wastes. Multiple targets cluster near 39, 35, including Wind Lord Mel'jarak, Blade Lord Ta'yak, Amber-Shaper Un'sok, and Imperial Vizier Zor'lok.

Fly to Essence of Terror at 43, 28, Essence of Horror at 45, 41, Essence of Dread at 55, 45, Essence of Panic at 61, 47, and Essence of Fear at 59, 18 in the Dread Wastes — drop either bomb on whichever are spawned.

Find Dread Ambercrusher at 41, 38 on the pathway in front of the Heart of Fear, Dread Fearbringer at 39, 42 next to a small structure and a large tree root, and Amber Earthshaker at 51, 48 on top of the cliff west of Kypari Ik, all in the Dread Wastes.

Have a friend on another realm invite you to a group before you speak to Xaril to initiate flying — once you are flying you remain in that realm's zone, letting you check a different set of 3 spawned targets. Server restarts mid-day can also cause the spawned targets to change, providing additional opportunities.
