Exploit the Hidden Buff
When you accept any of the Shado-Pan Blackguard daily quests, a hidden buff is applied to you that is removed only when you take damage — the achievement checks for this buff at turn-in, not whether you actually avoided damage. Accept three daily quests, complete them while taking damage normally, then before turning them in fly back to camp and accept a fourth quest to recast the buff on yourself, then turn in the three completed quests for credit.
Complete Assault Fire Camp Gai-Cho Safely
Pick up The Enemy of My Enemy first and collect 10 
Highly Explosive Yaungol Oils from around the fire camp, then pick up Assault Fire Camp Gai-Cho and use your flying mount to stay in the battlefield zone while throwing the explosives into the camp from the edge — this instantly kills mobs so you take zero damage.
Handle Spirit Dust Quest Carefully
For the Spirit Dust quest, kill 32 spirits without looting them, then abandon the quest and immediately pick it back up, loot the corpses, and turn in — the quest items remain on corpses after abandoning, and you must have the quest active both when killing and when looting.
Repeat Across Multiple Days
Complete the remaining daily quests using the hidden buff exploit on a different day and in a different order to accumulate credit for all six quests across multiple daily resets.
Tips
To get credit for Uruk and Cheng Bo, you must have taken zero damage on their two prerequisite dailies — both fire camp dailies for Cheng Bo, or the two Deadtalker dailies for Uruk.
If you have a friend available, partying up and letting them handle all combat while you stay out of range is a straightforward way to avoid all damage entirely.
