Obtain 75 skill points in the Way of the Brew.
Master of the Brew is a 10-point achievement earned by obtaining 75 skill points in the Way of the Brew cooking specialization.
Reach Cooking Skill 530
Before starting the Way of the Brew, you must have a cooking skill of 530. There are many general cooking guides available to help you reach this level.
Visit Sungshin Ironpaw
Head to Halfhill in the Valley of the Four Winds and find Sungshin Ironpaw, who is located next to Wing Nga. She is a cooking trainer who sells recipes and ingredients, and she offers the quests needed to unlock the Way of the Brew specialization.
Complete the Starter Quests
Accept the quest "So You Want to Be a Chef..." from Sungshin Ironpaw: purchase 5x 
Pandaren Peach from her, learn Sliced Peaches, cook them, and turn in the quest to unlock the follow-up quest chain that leads into Way of the Brew progression.
Level with Ginseng Tea First
Craft 
Ginseng Tea until you reach skill level 550 in the Way of the Brew; stopping at 551 instead of 550 will cause the next recipe to go grey one point earlier than intended, requiring extra crafts to compensate.
Switch to Jade Witch Brew
From skill 550, craft 
Jade Witch Brew until you reach skill level 576 in the Way of the Brew.
Finish with Great Banquet
Craft 3x 
Great Banquet of the Brew to push your Way of the Brew skill to the required 75 points and complete the achievement; if you stopped Ginseng Tea at 551 instead of 550, Jade Witch Brew will grey out at 575 and you will need to craft 4 large or 5 small feasts instead of 3 to reach the cap.
