Purchase a Special Seed
Buy any one of the following seeds from Merchant Greenfield: 
Enigma Seed, 
Magebulb Seed, 
Raptorleaf Seed, 
Snakeroot Seed, 
Songbell Seed, or 
Windshear Cactus Seed. Alternatively, you can use special seeds received from becoming best friends with certain NPCs.
Plant and Harvest the Crop
Plant your purchased seed in a farm plot, wait for it to grow, then harvest it to complete the achievement.
