Become best friends with Nat Pagle.
Learning from the Best is a 10-point achievement earned by reaching the Best Friend level of friendship with Nat Pagle, requiring a total of 42,000 friendship across 6 friendship levels: Stranger, Pal, Buddy, Friend, Good Friend, and Best Friend.
Build Level 2 Fishing Shack
To pursue Nat Pagle's friendship in Warlords of Draenor, you need a level 2 Fishing Shack and a level 3 Garrison, which requires being at least level 100.
Complete Draenor Angler
Work toward the Draenor Angler achievement by catching 100 of every type of Enormous fish in Draenor zones — each zone has one coastal and one inland Enormous fish variant, excluding the Crescent Saberfish.
Accumulate 42,000 Friendship
Progress through all 6 friendship levels with Nat Pagle — each level except Best Friend requires 8,400 friendship points, and Best Friend caps at 999/999 like an exalted reputation, for a total of 42,000 friendship needed.
Catch Rare Fish in MoP
If pursuing Nat's friendship through Mists of Pandaria content, catch rare fish such as the 
Flying Tiger Gourami, which can be fished from any inland water that does not contain Spinefish.
