Mr. Pinchy from Highland Mixed Schools in Terokkar Forest, then use his wishes for a chance at the pet.
Fly to Terokkar Forest
Highland Mixed Schools are located in the elevated areas of Terokkar Forest and require a flying mount to reach. The three fishing lakes are Blackwind Lake at 63.4, 75.8, Lake Ere'Noru at 65, 75, and Lake Jorune at 84.2, 39.2 in northern Terokkar Forest east of Shattrath City.
Fish Highland Mixed Schools
Cast into the Highland Mixed Schools at any of the three lakes. Mr. Pinchy has approximately a 0.2% chance to appear from these schools, so it may take anywhere from your first cast to several hundred casts before he is caught.
Use Mr. Pinchy's Wishes
Once you have Mr. Pinchy, he grants 3 wishes each with a 2-day cooldown between uses. Each wish has roughly an 8% chance to reward the Magical Crawdad Box pet, meaning all three wishes together give you approximately a 22% cumulative chance per cycle. Mr. Pinchy is not unique, so you can fish for additional copies to use more wishes sooner.
