Monkey in the Middle is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating Captain Ook in the Unga Ingoo scenario without him obtaining an orange.
Enter Unga Ingoo Scenario
Enter the Unga Ingoo scenario and pick up the orange before Captain Ook can reach it.
Reposition Before Nuking
Allow Captain Ook to move a few steps toward the cauldron before burning him down — defeating him at his spawn point has been reported to prevent the achievement from triggering.
Avoid Aerial Movement
Do not use movement abilities that send you through the air, such as Leap of Faith or Demonic Gateway, while carrying the orange near Captain Ook, as he can steal it from you mid-flight if your path passes close to him.
