You need exactly 1,200 flag caps to go from 0 Neutral to Exalted, so running premade groups of fewer than 5 players avoids long queue times while still winning games faster than pugs, with a winning game typically lasting 6 to 10 minutes and yielding 105 to 150 rep.

During WSG weekend, each flag cap grants more rep than normal, so maximizing your playtime during this event meaningfully reduces the total number of games required.
