Raise four weapon skills to 400.

Master of Arms requires you to raise four weapon skills to 400, and is now a Feat of Strength alongside the related achievement Did Somebody Order a Knuckle Sandwich?

1

Gather Cheap Starter Weapons

Pick up weapons from Dalaran vendors: Dalaran Knuckles and Left-Handed Brass Knuckles for Fist Weapons, Dalaran Axe and Tomahawk for one-handed Axes, Dalaran Cudgel for Maces, Dalaran Sword for Swords, Poniard for Daggers, Ethereum Phase-Spear or Dalaran Stave for two-handers, and Wand of Amber or Dalaran Bow, Dalaran Rifle, Dalaran Dart, or Frigid Crossbow for ranged.

2

Unequip All Gear First

Before starting any AFK weapon skill session, unequip all your gear to avoid durability loss — autoattacking with equipped items costs roughly 25% durability per session.

3

AFK Skill at Ruins of Karabor

Travel to the Ruins of Karabor on top of the Black Temple, where Warlock NPCs keep the demon Azaloth permanently banished. Start autoattacking Azaloth and go AFK for around 30 minutes; at level 80, surrounding mobs will not aggro you and the demon cannot be killed, giving uninterrupted skill-up time.

4

Skill Ranged at Dr. Boom

For ranged weapon skills — Wands, Bows, Crossbows, and Guns — visit Dr. Boom and use him as your target to grind up those skill lines.

Tips

  • See the video guide for a visual walkthrough of the weapon skilling process.

  • A ghostly infernal in Ashenvale is an alternative target for Fist Weapons if you prefer a different location to Ruins of Karabor.
