Insignia or Medallion of the Alliance, which can be purchased with Honor Points from a vendor in Stormwind.
Visit Sergeant Major Clate
Travel to the Champions Hall in Stormwind's Old Town district and find Sergeant Major Clate. Navigate to the last page of his shop and purchase the trinket for 
100 Honor Points to receive the achievement.
