Defeat Lady Vashj in Serpentshrine Cavern.
Defeat Lady Vashj in Serpentshrine Cavern, the raid wing of Coilfang Reservoir, to earn this 10-point achievement.
Enter Serpentshrine Cavern
No attunement is required to enter Serpentshrine Cavern. Travel to Coilfang Reservoir and enter the instance.
Reach Lady Vashj
There is no required boss order in Serpentshrine Cavern, so take any available path through the instance to reach Lady Vashj. Note that The Lurker Below must be fished out of his pool rather than pulled normally.
Defeat Lady Vashj
When Lady Vashj reaches 70% health she becomes invulnerable — Tainted Elementals will begin spawning every 30 to 45 seconds, identifiable by the green poison they shoot. Kill each Tainted Elemental and loot the 
Tainted Core it drops, then use it to deactivate one of the 4 orbs around the room. Once all 4 orbs are deactivated, Lady Vashj becomes vulnerable again and can be defeated to complete the achievement.
