Realm First! Zen Master Medic is awarded to the first player on a realm to reach 600 skill in First Aid after Mists of Pandaria launches.
Skip Launch Cinematic Immediately
Cancel the opening cinematic the moment Mists of Pandaria launches to avoid losing seconds. Fly straight to the ship and into Mists of Pandaria as fast as possible, cancelling any additional cinematics along the way.
Travel Northeast to Townlong
After entering Pandaria, head straight northeast toward the town area with the Hozen (treemonkey) NPCs to farm cloth. One player farmed 101 cloth at this location before hearthing out.
Avoid Parachute Misclick
When jumping off the airship to enter the zone, activate your parachute carefully — a misclick on the drop results in a death and a roughly 30-second runback that can cost you the realm first.
Farm 101 Cloth Minimum
Farm at least 101 cloth before hearthing. One player confirmed hearthing to Dalaran to train First Aid and craft bandages after reaching that amount, completing the realm first in approximately 16 minutes from launch.
Buy Cloth if Needed
If farming is too slow, wool cloth is available on the Auction House from other players, though prices spike dramatically at launch.
Tips
One player completed this in 10 minutes by purchasing wool cloth from the Auction House at launch rather than farming it.
