Find Part 1 in Jade Forest
Locate The Emperor's Burden - Part 1 at 47, 45 in The Jade Forest, near Dawn's Blossom across the small pond from the flight master. Note that the object may appear as a bundle of sticks leaning against a shrine rather than the shrine itself.
Find Part 3 in Jade Forest
Locate The Emperor's Burden - Part 3 at 56, 57 in The Jade Forest, outside the Jade Temple to the left of the zone-in portal. It may also appear as a bundle of sticks at this location.
Find Part 2 in Kun-Lai Summit
Locate The Emperor's Burden - Part 2 at 44, 51 in Kun-Lai Summit, near Seeker's Point by Lorewalker Cho. This object may also appear as a bundle of sticks instead of the original stone shrine.
