The 'Collector's Edition: Imperial Quilen' achievement is awarded automatically upon learning the 
Imperial Quilen mount, which comes with either the physical Collector's Edition or the Digital Deluxe Edition of Mists of Pandaria.
Obtain a MoP Edition
Purchase either the physical Mists of Pandaria Collector's Edition or the Digital Deluxe Edition to receive the Imperial Quilen mount. Players who bought the standard retail or digital edition can upgrade to the Digital Deluxe Edition for 14.99 EUR or 19.99 USD depending on region, which grants both the Imperial Quilen mount and the 
Lucky Quilen Cub pet.
Learn the Imperial Quilen
Once you have the appropriate edition, redeem and learn the Imperial Quilen mount from your collection; the Feat of Strength achievement is granted automatically upon learning it.
