Defeat the classic, level 60 version of Onyxia.
Onyxia's Lair (Level 60) is a feat of strength awarded for defeating the classic level 60 version of Onyxia, and as of patch 3.0 the attunement requirement was lifted, making the raid freely accessible.
Enter Onyxia's Lair
Travel to Onyxia's Lair and defeat Onyxia at level 60 difficulty. With the attunement lifted as of patch 3.0, you can enter the raid directly without completing any prerequisite quest chain.
Complete the Scepter Quest
If you missed the original level 60 kill, the achievement is still obtainable by completing the Scepter of the Shifting Sands quest chain, which begins in Silithus. The chain is lengthy and takes approximately one week to finish even at max level.
