Run with the Wind
Defeat Ner'onok in Siege of Niuzao Temple on Heroic Difficulty while under the effect of Tenwu's Resolve.
Run with the Wind requires you to defeat Ner'onok in Siege of Niuzao Temple on Heroic Difficulty while buffed with Tenwu's Resolve, obtained by jumping to the far platform during Ner'onok's Gusting Winds cast and speaking to Tenwu.
Enter and Engage Ner'onok
Enter Siege of Niuzao Temple on Heroic Difficulty and aggro Ner'onok. At higher levels, avoid burning him down too fast — let him fly to the far end of the bridge and back so that Gusting Winds has time to trigger.
Position Before the Jump
Have your tank and any melee stay on the right side of the bridge at the start so that Caustic Pitch is not dropped in your path. Stand further back than Ner'onok's starting position to build a running start, and line up your jump from slightly left of center on the bridge, where the far platform has more overhang.
Jump During Gusting Winds
While Ner'onok channels Gusting Winds for the first time, run toward the far platform and jump the gap — the wind will boost your movement speed noticeably. If you have a 
Potion of Gusts or a non-targeted leap ability, you can use it here to clear the gap. You do not have to engage Ner'onok first; jumping the gap and getting the buff before the fight begins is also valid.
Speak to Tenwu
After landing on the far platform, find Tenwu lying on the ground and interact with him. He grants Tenwu's Resolve, a 2-minute buff that provides 10% critical strike chance, and teleports you back to Ner'onok's platform.
Defeat Ner'onok Within Two Minutes
Return to Ner'onok and kill him before Tenwu's Resolve expires. You must personally have the buff active when he dies — being dead at the end of the fight or not having the buff prevents the achievement from awarding.

If you receive a slowing debuff from a failed or partial jump, Tenwu's Resolve will not be applied — reset and retry on a fresh attempt.
