Heroic: Elegon

Enter Mogu'shan Vaults on Heroic difficulty and make your way to Elegon.

The transparent floor in the center acts as a barrier: players and NPCs inside it cannot target anything outside it, and those outside cannot target anything inside. This applies to both attacks and heals, so positioning relative to this zone determines what you can damage or be damaged by.

Elegon has significantly increased health compared to normal mode, so destroy at least 4 spark waves before allowing the 5th stack to pass through, giving you a realistic chance of defeating Elegon before the berserk timer.

Add explosions deal 500,000 damage and apply two debuffs: Destabilizing Energies and Destabilized. Because the explosion is affected by the inner circle's targeting restriction, you can control which players are hit by it. If no player is hit by the explosion, a Catastrophic Anomaly will immediately wipe the raid.

Take down the pylons as quickly as possible, then immediately eliminate the Cosmic Sparks. Once done, the platform will reform and you can return to damaging Elegon directly.

Focus all damage on Elegon and aim to kill him before Celestial Protectors close in, as their death triggers Total Annihilation which can be fatal at lower health pools.
