Enter Scholomance (non-Heroic) and defeat Professor Slate. Loot the Empty Polyformic Acid Vial from his body, then click the Polyformic Acid Potion on the nearby table to receive the one-hour Polyformic Acid Potion buff, which persists through death.

Each time you store your disguise using the Empty Vial, it creates a Nearly Full Vial of Polyformic Acid (3 uses), which degrades into a Half Full Vial of Polyformic Acid (2 uses) and then a Nearly Empty Vial of Polyformic Acid (1 use). These three vials have different item IDs so you can carry one of each, giving you up to 6 stored hours of the buff. Run Scholomance three times on non-Heroic to collect all three vial types before starting your Heroic dungeon runs.

Enter Mogu'Shan Palace on Heroic and defeat the Trial of the King, which is the first encounter in the dungeon. Leave after this kill and move to the next dungeon.

Enter Gate of the Setting Sun on Heroic and defeat Commander Ri'mok, the third boss of the dungeon. Leave after this kill and move to the next dungeon.

Enter Siege of Niuzao Temple on Heroic and defeat Vizier Jin'bak, the first boss, at 35, 82 in Townlong Steppes. Leave after this kill and move to the next dungeon.

Enter Shado-Pan Monastery on Heroic and defeat Gu Cloudstrike, the first boss, at 36, 47 in Kun-Lai Summit. Leave after this kill and move to the next dungeon.

Enter Stormstout Brewery on Heroic and defeat Yan-Zhu the Uncasked, the third boss of the dungeon, at 36, 69 in Valley of the Four Winds. Leave after this kill and move to the next dungeon.

Enter Temple of the Jade Serpent on Heroic and defeat Liu Flameheart, the third boss of the dungeon. Be aware that this dungeon has roleplay sequences that take time, so account for this when managing your one-hour buff.
