Seeds of Doubt
Defeat the Sha of Doubt in Temple of the Jade Serpent while under the effect of 4 Seeds of Doubt on Heroic difficulty.
Seeds of Doubt requires clicking all four crystal shards located in the four corners of the Sha of Doubt's room during add phases, earning a stacking debuff that increases damage taken by 25% per stack, then defeating the Sha of Doubt on Heroic difficulty while all four stacks are active.
Set Dungeon to Heroic
Enter Temple of the Jade Serpent on Heroic difficulty and clear all enemies up to the Sha of Doubt, the final boss.
Control Boss HP Carefully
Bring the Sha of Doubt down to less than 10% HP, then stop dealing damage to hold it there — this ensures an add phase occurs before the kill and gives you time to collect all four crystals.
Wait for Add Phase
During the add phase, four clickable crystals appear in the four corners of the room. The Sha will separate a soul or figment from each player present — these must be managed while you collect the crystals.
Click All Four Crystals
Sprint to each of the four corners and click every crystal; each one applies a stack of the Seeds of Doubt debuff, which increases your damage taken by 25% per stack, reaching 100% extra damage at four stacks. If you cannot reach all four crystals before the phase ends, allow the next add phase to trigger and continue collecting.
Kill Adds, Then Boss
Once all four crystals are clicked and the debuff shows four stacks, kill any remaining adds so the Sha does not heal, then finish off the Sha of Doubt to complete the achievement.
Tips
Soloing this at max level is the most reliable method — strip your weapons to avoid killing the Sha too quickly during the crystal-collection phase, then re-equip before the killing blow.
If you are soloing as a class with a survival cooldown that might remove debuffs (such as Cloak of Shadows for Rogues), avoid using it after collecting the crystals, as it risks clearing the Seeds of Doubt stacks before the kill.
