Assign One Toon Per Profession
Based on how the Cataclysm version of this achievement functioned, the same character likely cannot count toward two professions simultaneously — for example, one character cannot fulfill both Leatherworking and Skinning. Assign a dedicated guild member to each primary and secondary profession to cover all requirements.
Account for Transfer Restrictions
Characters who have undergone a race or faction change may need to wait 60 days before their profession skill can contribute toward the achievement, so factor this into your guild's roster planning.
Race to 600 in All Professions
Every assigned guild member must reach 600 skill points in their designated profession before any other guild on the realm does the same across all professions.
