Eastern Kingdoms Tamer requires you to capture a battle pet in each of the specified Eastern Kingdoms zones.
Capture Pet in Elwynn Forest
Battle pets in Elwynn Forest are level 1-2, making this a good starting zone.
Capture Pet in Westfall
Head to Westfall and capture a level 3-4 battle pet.
Capture Pet in Ghostlands
Travel to Ghostlands and capture a level 3-5 battle pet.
Capture Pet in Duskwood
Head to Duskwood and capture a level 5-6 battle pet.
Capture Pet in Arathi Highlands
Travel to Arathi Highlands and capture a level 7 battle pet.

Capture Pet in Deadwind Pass
The only battle pet available in Deadwind Pass is the Restless Shadeling, which spawns at exactly midnight server time in the cellars beneath Karazhan, accessible through an entrance in the ruins of a house just outside. The Restless Shadeling does not respawn until the following night at midnight, so time your visit accordingly. Be aware that Deadwind Pass may operate on a different server time than the rest of the world, so visit briefly beforehand to confirm the local time.
Tips
If the achievement is not counting zones where you have already captured pets, logging out and back in resets the tracking correctly.
If you are on a character that has completed the Broken Shore scenario, pets in affected zones may not be visible to you. Log in on a character that has not completed the Broken Shore scenario, such as a level 90, to see the pets.
