All Pets Allowed
Raise a pet of every family to level 25.
All Pets Allowed requires you to raise one pet from each of the 10 pet families (Aquatic, Beast, Critter, Dragonkin, Elemental, Flying, Humanoid, Magical, Mechanical, and Undead) to level 25 through pet battles.
Understand Credit Requirements
Credit is granted per family when you personally advance a pet from level 24 to level 25 through pet battles. Purchasing a max-level caged pet from the Auction House does not count — you must earn that final level yourself.
Choose the Most Efficient Path
The fastest method is to buy a caged level 24 pet from the Auction House or capture a level 24 wild pet (which will be reduced to level 22 upon capture) for each family, then earn the final level through pet battles. Do this for all 10 families.
Buy Instant Leveling Items
Farm Polished Pet Charms and purchase instant leveling items from a vendor in Dalaran at 58.86, 38.4 to speed up leveling each pet to 25.
Watch for Hidden Progress
If you level pets to 25 before earning the level 10 equivalent achievement, your progress is tracked but hidden. Once you earn the level 10 achievement, all previously fulfilled criteria will become visible.
Tips
Wild pets above level 22 have their level reduced by 2 upon capture, so a level 24 wild pet becomes level 22 after capture — factor this in when planning which pets to capture near max level.
It is possible to earn All Pets Allowed without also completing No Favorites; if you want both, check the Pet Battles > Level category separately to confirm No Favorites progress.
