The Anglers achievement is earned by reaching Exalted reputation with The Anglers faction, primarily through daily quests at Anglers Wharf in Krasarang Wilds.

Do Anglers Wharf Dailies

Travel to Anglers Wharf in Krasarang Wilds and pick up the available daily quests. Up to 3 daily quests are offered each day, though on rare occasions 5 may appear.

Turn In Nat Pagle Fish

Collect and turn in 3 special fish each day to Nat Pagle: Flying Tiger Gourami, Mimic Octopus, and a second Flying Tiger Gourami. Each turn-in rewards 350 reputation with The Anglers before any bonuses.

Purchase Water Strider Mount

Once Exalted, purchase the Reins of the Azure Water Strider, a ground mount that allows water walking, from the Anglers faction vendor.
