Clear Pandemonius' room entirely
Before engaging Pandemonius, kill all mobs in his room so they do not attack you during the boss fight.
Prepare for Tavarok's stun attack
Tavarok uses an attack that deals 10% of your total health per second for 5 seconds and stuns you. Use a shield potion or similar defensive item to mitigate or avoid this mechanic.
Defeat Nexus-Prince Shaffar
Progress through the dungeon and defeat Nexus-Prince Shaffar to complete the achievement.
