The Obvious Solution
Eliminate the remaining Sha imprisoned in the Sealed Chambers and then defeat the Sha of Violence in Shado-Pan Monastery on Heroic Difficulty.
The Obvious Solution requires you to activate the trigger in the left chamber of Shado-Pan Monastery to free and eliminate all imprisoned Sha, then defeat the Sha of Violence on Heroic difficulty.
Enter on Heroic Difficulty
Set Shado-Pan Monastery to Heroic difficulty before entering, then make your way to the Sha of Violence encounter area.
Activate the Left Chamber Trigger
Have the tank pull the Sha of Violence first, then immediately have one DPS activate the trigger to the left as you enter — this frees all the imprisoned Sha from their cages and begins the achievement sequence.
Stack and Kill the Adds
Stack up near the boss so all freed adds come to one location; the chamber spawns 5 small volatile Sha that explode on death, 3 medium devouring Sha, and 1 large Sha that hits hard.
Prioritize Small Adds Carefully
Single-target the small volatile adds down first while the tank uses personal cooldowns, but avoid AoEing them too quickly since they explode on death — use AoE stuns and rotational crowd control to buy time.
Eliminate Every Sha Before Killing Boss
Every freed Sha must be fully killed to complete the achievement — leaving even one under crowd control without killing it will prevent the achievement from completing, so ensure all adds are dead before finishing off the Sha of Violence.
Tips
Activating the trigger also pulls the Sha of Violence, so coordinate the tank pull and trigger activation together to control the encounter.
The medium devouring adds will be nearly dead from tank AoE threat by the time the small adds are cleared, so focus cooldowns and Heroism on surviving the volatile add phase.
