Hydrophobia
Defeat Wise Mari without being hit by Corrupted Water, Hydrolance, or Wash Away in Temple of the Jade Serpent on Heroic Difficulty.
Hydrophobia requires defeating Wise Mari in Temple of the Jade Serpent on Heroic difficulty without being hit by Corrupted Water, Hydrolance, or Wash Away.
Stand Outside the Room
Before the group engages Wise Mari, position yourself outside the room behind the wall. The achievement is personal, so as long as you are not inside the room when the abilities land, you will earn it when Wise Mari dies.
Avoid Hydrolance Explosions
If you choose to fight inside the room instead, be aware that Hydrolance targets one third of the room and its explosion has a 10-yard radius — larger than the visual suggests. Tank Wise Mari and all adds at the back of the room, then move side to side within the door frame to avoid the explosions.
Do Not Burst Wise Mari
Avoid one-shotting Wise Mari with a single high-damage ability. Killing him instantly before his RP sequence completes can prevent the achievement from being awarded and lock you inside the room without credit.

The puddle left behind when adds die does not count toward the achievement's tracked abilities, so it can be safely ignored.
