Sanguinarian
Defeat a Krastinovian Carver that has 99 stacks of Boiling Bloodthirst in Scholomance on Heroic Difficulty.
Sanguinarian requires you to defeat a Krastinovian Carver that has reached 99 stacks of Boiling Bloodthirst in Scholomance on Heroic Difficulty.
Enter Scholomance on Heroic
Set Scholomance to Heroic difficulty and clear through to Rattlegore, then proceed into the Butcher's Sanctum — the room immediately after Rattlegore's room. This is the only location where Krastinovian Carvers spawn.
Aggro the entire room
Pull all 16 Krastinovian Carvers at once. Each Carver starts with 1 stack of Boiling Bloodthirst, and when a Carver dies its stacks transfer to nearby Carvers.
Kill Carvers one by one
Single-target and kill each Krastinovian Carver individually, avoiding AoE damage that could kill multiple at once. With each death the surviving Carvers' Boiling Bloodthirst stacks double (progressing 2, 4, 8, 16, and so on), and 99 stacks is the maximum a Carver can hold.
Kill the 99-stack Carver
Once a Krastinovian Carver reaches 99 stacks of Boiling Bloodthirst its damage taken is increased by 990%, so kill it immediately to complete the achievement. You only need 10 Carvers to reach 99 stacks, meaning up to 6 can be safely killed or ignored beforehand.
Tips
To avoid accidentally killing multiple Carvers with AoE, use single-target abilities or melee auto-attacks only while working through the stack chain.
