Mystically Superior
Equip a superior item in every slot with a minimum item level of 450 (prior to Battle for Azeroth).
Mystically Superior requires you to equip a superior (blue) quality item of item level 450 or higher in every single gear slot, and can be completed quickly using crafted Contender's armor, faction vendors, and a single JP vendor trick.
Buy and Equip JP Gear
Head to Townlong Steppes and find the vendor on the back of Niuzao Temple. Purchase each available item, equip it in its slot, then return it to the vendor to reclaim your Justice Points — swapping rings and trinkets between left and right slots so each slot registers as equipped.
Craft Contender's Armor Pieces
Crafted blue PVP Contender's armor pieces are item level 450 and cover most armor slots, making them the fastest way to fill chest, gloves, and other slots — check the Auction House for these if you do not have the relevant crafting profession.
Kill Sha of Anger for Boots
Enter a Sha of Anger encounter in Kun-Lai Summit, defeat him, and loot the body to receive the 
Claw of Anger — the first kill guarantees epic boots from him, covering your boot slot.
Cover Jewelry Slots via Factions
For the remaining slots not covered by crafted gear — necklace, rings, and trinkets — earn reputation with Golden Lotus to Exalted for an epic necklace quest reward, and reach Honored with the relevant factions to purchase rings and a trinket from their vendors.
Equip Ring and Trinket in Both Slots
A single 450+ ring or trinket can count for both the left and right slot — equip it in one slot, let the achievement track it, then move it to the other slot before you have a second piece to fill both slots simultaneously.
Tips
Golden Lotus should be your first priority faction to Exalted, as they reward four epic items including a quest reward necklace.
The JP vendor trick at Niuzao Temple lets you complete the achievement without permanently spending Justice Points, as items can be returned after equipping them.
