Complete a Prey Hunt in Nightmare Mode while suffering from Lord Viscera's Cat Scratch.
'Tis But A Scratch requires you to complete a Prey Hunt in Nightmare Mode while carrying Lord Viscera's Cat Scratch debuff.
Obtain Cat Scratch Debuff
Enter through the main entrance and find Lord Viscera at 56.01, 64.49 — he is sitting slightly behind a pot on a table to your left. Pet him repeatedly until you receive the Cat Scratch debuff, which lasts 30 minutes.
Complete a Nightmare Prey Hunt
Begin a Nightmare Mode Prey Hunt immediately after receiving the debuff. You must kill the target boss and finish the hunt within 30 minutes. If you die during the hunt, return to Lord Viscera at 56.01, 64.49 to reapply the Cat Scratch debuff before handing in the quest.
Hand In Outside the Zone
After killing the boss, do NOT complete the quest while still inside the zone. Use the portal to return to your capital city, then hand in the quest to earn the achievement.
Tips
Random Prey hunts and Weekly Prey hunts do not count toward this achievement — only standard Nightmare Mode Prey Hunts qualify.
