Altar of Blessings: Amani Curious is a 5-point achievement earned by unlocking any single Loa for worship at the Altar of Blessings.
Unlock Wila'ma via Renown
Wila'ma, Loa of Travelers, is unlocked at Renown 8, which rewards this achievement upon reaching that threshold.
Fish for Idol of Peril
Fish in any midnight zone (pools or open water) to obtain 
Idol of Peril, which has an estimated ~0.5% drop rate and can be caught with a fishing skill as low as 40. To avoid interruptions from Blood Hunters, fish at the Silvermoon pond or use an 
Amani Angler's Ward, then hand in the resulting Blessings of Peril quest to unlock Puul, Loa of Peril.
Complete Twilight Crypts Delve
Complete the Twilight Crypts delve at Tier 4 or higher to unlock Mot'amra, Loa of Pestilence.
