Join a Raid Group
Before sampling any drinks, join a raid group — being in a raid group prevents the Special Assignment quest from progressing, allowing you to sample all drinks in a single session without being limited to 3 per rotation.
Activate the Special Assignment
Travel to the Special Assignment: The Grand Magister's Drink area in Eversong Woods and begin interacting with the drink vendors — each drink sampled counts toward achievement progress.
Sample All Twelve Drinks
Click the dialogue option on each drink to sample it: 
Heron's Vision of Cloudwalking, 
Kreynna's Khadgar's Imitation, 
Landraelanis' Muskmelon Draught, 
Duskwither's Dancing Merlot, 
Quarelestra's Sanguine Affair, 
Vehn's Shimmerveil Blanc, 
Areyn's Elrendar Red, 
Lady Marilin's Arcwine Reserve, 
Limien's Arcane Infusion, 
Nara's Essence of Butterfly, 
Sheri's Laughing Rose, and 
Zalene's Twilight Claret.
Repeat If Needed
If you miss any drinks, you must wait for the Special Assignment to spawn again, as only 3 drinks can be sampled per rotation without a raid group — alternatively, repeat the process on up to 4 separate level 80–90 characters to cover missed samples faster.
Tips
Search the group finder for a raid running Abundance, as these groups are easy to join and allow you to complete all drink samples in one session.
If multi-boxing multiple characters to cover missed drinks, do not group those characters together, as grouping prevents quest progression needed for sampling.
