The Only Winning Move Is Not To Play
Defeat Imperator Averzian after causing him to destroy your banners in the Voidspire on Normal difficulty or higher.
Defeat Imperator Averzian in the Voidspire on Normal difficulty or higher by winning a tic-tac-toe game against the boss using banners.
Collect three banners
Before engaging Imperator Averzian, have three separate players pick up the three banners located before the boss.
Win the tic-tac-toe game
During the fight, the boss spawns three adds followed by a soak mechanic. Use the soak mechanic to kill two of the three adds while leaving one add as a ball. Position your three banners in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) to match the tic-tac-toe win condition before the boss can place three in a row.
Defeat Imperator Averzian
Once you achieve three banners in a row and the achievement turns white, defeat Imperator Averzian to complete the objective.
