Adventurer of the Dawn requires you to upgrade gear in all equipment slots to item level 237 or higher using Adventurer Dawncrests during Midnight Season 1, which unlocks the ability to use Veteran Dawncrests instead.
Reach 237 in all slots
Upgrade every equipment slot to at least item level 237.
