Find Zur'ashar Kassameh
Locate Zur'ashar Kassameh at 53.52, 53.2 — he is not inside The Den but in a hut on top and outside it. Pick up the weekly quest from him to begin progressing toward the achievement.
Complete weekly relic stories
Each week, complete the Legends of the Haranir event at 54, 53 to learn a relic's story. The event has an account-wide lockout, meaning it can only be completed once per week per account, so progress toward all relics will take multiple weeks.
Tips
The account-wide weekly lockout means only one Legends of the Haranir completion counts per week across all your characters, so plan which character you use each reset carefully.
