Let Me Solo It requires you to win a challenge without taking any damage, unlocked by speaking to your local Challenge Broker and selecting 'I can win without a scratch!'

Find your local Challenge Broker and select the option 'I can win without a scratch!' to queue for this achievement.
Fight Dippy the Penguin
Dippy the penguin boss is the recommended target — he gets pushed away whenever he is hit, meaning melee players can stand in and attack him freely without taking damage.
Remove Damaging Trinkets
Unequip any trinkets or items that deal or trigger damage on your behalf, such as Araz Ritual Forge or Seaforium Pacemaker, as self-proc effects will cause you to fail the no-damage condition.
Demon Hunters: Avoid Soul Fragments
Demon Hunters must avoid consuming any soul fragments during the fight, which means skipping Chaos Strike, all Sigils, and The Hunt. Safe abilities to use are Fel Rush, Immolation Aura, Blade Dance, Eye Beam, Metamorphosis, Throw Glaive, and Glaive Tempest.
Tips
Araz Ritual Forge and Seaforium Pacemaker will silently trigger and cause the attempt to fail — remove all self-damaging or proc trinkets before starting.
