Brawler's Chilled is earned by completing a brawl in the ice-covered arena, activated by selecting the 'Please freeze the arena!' option from the Challenge Broker.

Speak With the Challenge Broker

For the Horde, speak with Challenge Broker Guo at 51.26, 68.56 in the Brawl'gar Arena. For the Alliance, speak with Challenge Broker Senna, located in Bizmo's Brawlpub near the corner closest to the entrance.

Select the Ice Arena Option

From the broker's list of options, choose 'Please freeze the arena!' to activate the Brawler's Chilled criteria, which fills the arena with ice.

Complete the Brawl on Ice

Fight your brawl as normal while navigating the ice surface, which causes your character to slide as you move around the arena.
