To Fel and Back
Complete the Legion Remix campaign.
To Fel and Back is a Legion Remix achievement earned by completing the Remix Eternus questline, culminating in the quest Shape a New Legend, which rewards the 
Ensemble: Sargerei Commander's Felscorned Regalia.
Complete Embrace Your Own Legacy
Work through the Eternus questline until you complete the quest Embrace Your Own Legacy.
Complete Surpass Your Own Legacy
After finishing Embrace Your Own Legacy, complete the follow-up quest Surpass Your Own Legacy from Eternus.
Complete Shape a New Legend
Once both prior quests are done, Eternus will offer Shape a New Legend, which requires completing 20 assignments or tasks. Finishing this quest completes the achievement and grants the Felscorned Regalia appearance.
Tips
The Eternus questline tracks account-wide progress, so the 20 assignments for Shape a New Legend can be completed across multiple characters without needing to redo earlier quests.
Zone campaigns completed on alts do not block or interfere with this achievement — only the Eternus questline on your main character needs to be finished.
