Custom Cabinets requires collecting 400 unique decor of uncommon quality or higher, but the progress tracker is currently bugged and may display an inaccurate number between 350 and 400.
Keep Collecting Decor
The progress counter may freeze at a number like 372 and stop updating, but the achievement will still pop once you have collected enough decor — continue learning decor items even if the tracker appears stuck.
