Lazy Eye
Defeat Peroth'arn in Well of Eternity on Heroic Difficulty without any party member being detected by an Eye of Peroth'arn.
Lazy Eye is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating Peroth'arn in Well of Eternity on Heroic Difficulty without any party member being detected by an Eye of Peroth'arn.
Enter Well of Eternity
Enter Well of Eternity on Heroic Difficulty and engage Peroth'arn. The eye-dodging phase only occurs once during the encounter, so the achievement window is limited to that single phase.
Sacrifice Two DPS Early
At around 80% of Peroth'arn's HP, have two DPS players intentionally die, leaving the tank, healer, and one DPS alive for the eye phase. Fewer players moving through the room means fewer chances for any individual to be detected.
Split Into Triangle Formation
The three surviving players spread into a triangle formation along the edges of the room, each player taking responsibility for dodging Eyes of Peroth'arn in their own section of the area, moving as needed to avoid detection.
Alternatively, Rotate as One Group
Another viable approach is to designate one player with a visible marker, have all remaining players follow that person, and rotate together in a full circle around the room while staying near the fire wall to avoid the Eyes of Peroth'arn.
Resume and Finish the Boss
Once the eye phase ends, resurrect any dead players if possible and finish off Peroth'arn. If someone was detected and the achievement failed, the group can wipe, reset, and re-enter to try again.
Tips
The
Eyepoker has a Warlords of Draenor upgrade called the 
Ogron Slayer's Eye-Poker, which may be relevant when attempting this content.
