Enter the Undercity
Travel to the Undercity, where Lady Sylvanas Windrunner resides as the boss you must defeat for this achievement.
Apply Faerie Fire Immediately
As soon as the fight begins, apply Faerie Fire to Lady Sylvanas Windrunner — this prevents her from vanishing and reappearing elsewhere during the encounter.
Hold Sara Away from Combat
Have a tank hold Sara, the Strand of the Ancients battlemaster, away from the fight without killing her, as she respawns too quickly to be worth eliminating.
Manage Varimathras If Pulled
If Sylvanas runs toward Varimathras and pulls him, prioritize killing him quickly since his HP is lower than Sylvanas, then return focus to her.
Kill Lady Sylvanas Windrunner
Defeat Lady Sylvanas Windrunner while handling the skeletons she summons and the Undercity guards that spawn throughout the fight, both of which can be dispatched without much difficulty.
