Highly Decorated
Retrieve and display all of the following items in the Arcantina.
Highly Decorated requires you to retrieve and display a set of historical artifacts inside the Arcantina, sourcing each item from a specific dungeon, raid, or world location.
Retrieve the Scarred Spear
Enter Hellfire Ramparts and head toward the second (demon) boss. The Scarred Spear is found on the left side of the path leading to that boss. Once retrieved, place it in the right side room of the Arcantina at 67, 52.6, above the bench beneath the tiki masks.
Retrieve the Ebon Banner
Enter Icecrown Citadel and locate the Ebon Banner on the left side of Lady Deathwhisper's room. Once retrieved, place it in the center room of the Arcantina at 39.67, 49.7, above the barrels.
Retrieve the Corrupted Lantern
Head to the Derelict Legion Vessel and cross the top of the boxes to reach the upper area, then collect the 
Corrupted Lantern. If the item does not appear in your bags, travel to the Broken Shore where the portal is located — instead of entering the portal, pick up the Corrupted Lantern found nearby at 59.23, 28.15. Place it in the right side room of the Arcantina on the small bench.
Retrieve the Zandalari Scroll
Enter Throne of Thunder and proceed past the first boss into the hallway before the wind bridges to find the Zandalari Scroll. The associated quest item is obtained from the third boss, the council fight. Place the scroll in the hallway leading left of the main room of the Arcantina, just past the door to Khadgar.
Tips
If you completed the Corrupted Lantern quest before the hotfix and cannot place the item, go to 48.86, 55.23 on map 646 to pick up a replacement.
