Head to Forsaken Foothold
Fly to Forsaken Foothold in Stormheim at 44.41, 22.94 as a starting point for finding Timewarped Obelisks in the area.
Farm High-Traffic World Quest Areas
Obelisk spawns are purely RNG and cannot be forced, so camping Legion invasion zones on the Broken Isles, Sentinax events (which may not appear on your map and may need to be found manually), or Invasion Points on Argus gives you the best density of mobs and other players to farm activations. World quests tied to world bosses, smaller bosses, or emissary chains also tend to draw high mob traffic. At 44.7, 66.7 you can find another active farming location worth checking.
Use Heavy AOE Rotations
Having strong area-of-effect damage maximizes the number of mobs you can kill per pull, and mobs capable of summoning demons grant additional obelisk chances from those summoned demons as well.
Tips
Stock up on Sentinax beacons before farming the Sentinax event to avoid downtime between pulls.
Emissary world quests and boss world quests consistently draw more players, which means more mob resets and faster obelisk accumulation.
