Heroic Broken Isles World Quests IV requires completing 100 World Quests in Heroic World Tier as a Legion Timerunner, rewarding the 
Ensemble: Sargerei Commander's Voidscarred Regalia appearance.
Activate Heroic World Tier
Ensure your Legion Timerunner character is set to Heroic World Tier before starting, as only World Quests completed in Heroic World Tier count toward this achievement.
Complete 100 Valid World Quests
Complete 100 World Quests across the Broken Isles in Heroic World Tier — World Quests inside dungeons do not count toward progress, and standard World Quests that appear slightly dimmed while in Heroic mode may also not count.
Check Collections for Reward
Upon completing the 100th qualifying World Quest, check all tabs in your Collections window and relog if the Ensemble: Sargerei Commander's Voidscarred Regalia does not appear immediately, as there is a known delay in the reward being granted.
