Legionslayer II requires you to defeat 10 empowered enemies in Heroic World Tier as a Legion Timerunner, rewarding a Lesser Bronze Cache upon completion.
Identify Empowered Enemies
Empowered enemies are distinguished from normal enemies by four specific debuffs: Imperious (yellow-red icon above the mob's head), Beacon of Chaos (green shard above the mob's head), Fel Raiser, and Engorged — the latter two appear together on the same mob and display two spinning orbs, one yellow and one red.
Farm Empowered Enemies Efficiently
While on the Val'sharah quest To Old Friends, have a second account or a friend's Timerunner alt form a raid group with you, then tag and kill empowered mobs until you reach 10 kills and the achievement completes.
