Legionslayer III requires you to defeat 50 empowered enemies in Heroic World Tier as a Legion Timerunner, earning +1 Infinite Knowledge upon completion.
Identify Empowered Enemies
Empowered enemies are distinguished from normal mobs by four possible debuffs: Imperious (yellow-red icon above their head), Beacon of Chaos (green shard above their head), Fel Raiser, and Engorged (these two appear together with one yellow and one red orb spinning around the mob). You can spot these visuals on the mob or check the debuffs shown in their nameplate.
Understand What Counts
Any mob can become empowered, including common white-quality mobs and even mobs targeted during vehicle-based world quests. The kill credit counts based on who lands the last hit, not on how many empowerment buffs the mob has.
Farm Empowered Mobs Efficiently
To farm kills quickly, enter a raid group with another Timerunner — either a friend's alt or a second account — while working through the Val'sharah quest To Old Friends, then spam your action button macro to tag mobs and interact with ExtraActionButton1 as prompted. Empowered mobs are common throughout the zone even at item level 620.
