Complete Trial of Valor on Mythic Difficulty without dying as a Rogue, Druid, Demon Hunter or Monk.
The Deathless Wanderer requires completing Trial of Valor on Mythic difficulty without dying while playing as a Rogue, Druid, Demon Hunter, or Monk, and awards the Garb of the Chosen Dead appearance.

Enter Trial of Valor on Mythic difficulty and defeat all bosses without dying on your Rogue, Druid, Demon Hunter, or Monk.
Park alts at Odyn
If you want to earn the achievement on multiple eligible characters at once, park each character inside Odyn's room before the raid reaches Helya, then let the run complete — Helya can deal some damage, so keep gear equipped on each character.
Tips
Healing yourself during the encounter reduces your death risk on healer-capable specs such as Druid or Monk.
