Raise an Army for the Dreamgrove
Recruit 20 Troops as a Druid.
Raise an Army for the Dreamgrove requires you to recruit 20 Troops as a Druid from your Class Hall, earning 5 achievement points and the Cenarion Arch decor reward.
Travel to The Dreamgrove
Head to The Dreamgrove at 36.41, 25.97 in Val'sharah, where you will find the Druid Class Hall near the Moonwell in the northwest corner. This is where you recruit and manage your Troops.
Recruit Troops at Hall
Recruit Troops from the Class Hall mission table. Each recruitment counts toward the 20-troop total, and the achievement tracks all troops recruited — not troops currently alive — so you will need to recruit replacements as your current troops die off on missions.
Kill Troops to Recruit More
You cannot manually dismiss Troops, so to recruit new ones you must reduce their vitality to zero by sending them on missions. Look for missions with the Lethal hazard (green skull), which drains all troop vitality in a single mission — do NOT counter this hazard so your troops die faster and you can recruit replacements sooner.
Use Argus Troop Purchases
If your character has completed Argus, you can purchase additional Troops from NPCs: 
Lightforged Bulwark from the Vindicaar, 
Krokul Ridgestalker from Krokuun, and 
Void-Purged Krokul from Eredath — each costs 
150 Order Resources for the first purchase, then 900 Order Resources for additional purchases each week.
Tips
Recruiting troops from the Battle for Azeroth mission table also grants credit toward this achievement, but you still cannot recruit new troops while current ones are alive — kill them first using Lethal hazard missions.
This achievement is not retroactive, so troops recruited during Legion do not count; all 20 recruits must be performed fresh.
